A little about us...

Hey there! I'm Alanna and photographing weddings is what I LOVE doing. I find it extremely rewarding and it keeps that romantic fire burning inside of me. As you can see, I have two beautiful daughters and an amazing (and very cute) partner! I'm a very lucky lady to have such a supportive family and to be able to share such amazing moments with my couples. I also have two fur babies - Rocky and Rex.

In my spare time (aka Monday-Friday), I teach middle school math (which I don't love nearly as much but I suppose I'm a decent teacher) and spend as much time with my family as possible. For that reason, I limit the number of weddings I take every year to make sure I have time for my family and I can fulfill my weddings in a timely manner.

A few fun facts about me...

• I've been shooting weddings for more than 9 years

• I'm a huge fan of doing a first look

• I used to be a competitive roller skater (yikes)

• I usually cry at my weddings

• I'm a really terrible cook although I try recipe after recipe

• I really dislike yard work and am incapable of keeping a plant alive

• I'm only mediocre at knitting

• I can do a mean french braid ;)

I'm extremely laid back but organized and my goal is to help you schedule your day so that you are as stress free as possible. I'm always down for a lunch or coffee date, so let's meet up and chat!
